I would like to try out for the following Competition teams:

 Emerald Cheerleading Squad
 Boronia Cheerleading Squad
 Emerald Dance Troupe
 Boronia Dance Troupe
 Boronia Hip Hop Krew

 I acknowledge that these Competition Troupe, Krew and Squad classes are an extension of my dance training.  If my Cheer Squad audition is successful I will be required to attend one other recreational cheerleading class.  If my Dance Troupe audition is successful I will be required to attend one other Jazz class AND one other Contemporary or Ballet class.  If my Hip Hop Krew audition is successful I will be required to attend at least one other Hip Hop class.
