END OF YEAR PERFORMANCE
TICKET SALES
Tickets for the End of Year
Performance will go on sale on Saturday
the 5th of November.
Our ticket sales are
conducted online which will enable you to
purchase your tickets in the
comfort of your
own home,
saving
the hassle of queuing up.
Online ticket sales are
credit card payments
only.
Please note that the
online
ticketing system will
close at 7:00pm
on the 25th of
November. You can purchase tickets on
the night at the Box Office although
we encourage
you to get your
tickets before the night, to avoid
disappointment.

PERFORMANCE
REHEARSAL
There
are TWO COMPULSORY
Performance Rehearsals which will be held
on:
Friday 18 November from 5:00
- 7:30pm at:
Bayswater Temple Society
Hall
51 Elizabeth Street, Bayswater
Melways

AND
Saturday 26
November from 9:30am – 12:00pm at:
Alan
Ross Centre, Billanook College
Entry via Gate
A, 197-199 Cardigan Road
Mooroolbark.
Melways Ref: Map 52 C1
All students are required
to attend both Rehearsals and they are CLOSED
to friends and
family.
END OF YEAR
PERFORMANCE
The
Performance will be held on Saturday 26 November
from 7:30pm onwards at the Alan Ross Centre,
Billanook College.
Students are to
arrive NO LATER than 6:30pm with full hair and
makeup done.
Costumes will be
provided to each student in the dressing rooms in
a labeled bag with their name on it. A
checklist of costumes is also provided.
All costumes must be returned to the
correct bag at the end of the
Performance.
In the case of damage to a
costume, a $30 fee will be charged per damaged
costume. In the case of a destroyed or lost
costume, a $100 replacement fee will be charged
per costume.
Backstage
Passes will be issued to all
parents who are helping dress their children. It
is a requirement that parents of
Mini and Junior classes assist their
children with dressing.
If you require a Backstage Pass,
please see Kristen. No one will be permitted
to enter the backstage area without a pass except
for students and teachers.
No students are
permitted to leave the backstage area until the
Performance is finished. This is for the
safety of all
students.
